Please be aware that no contract exists between Doorstep Paws or yourself until we dispatch your product(s) to your delivery address, Doorstep Paws can refuse your order and refund any payment made by the same method. All purchases are subject to availability and if a product is not in stock, a refund of payment shall be made by the same method. All electronic payments are made via a third party site at the time of ordering and this is not a binding contract. Doorstep Paws will never be aware of your card details, if purchased online, and we will not ask you for your card details, electronic payments are strictly through Paypal only. Card payments over the phone are normally accepted, however due to updating of our site we have removed this option temporarily, card details are entered electronically at the time of the telephone call and Doorstep Paws do not store or retain card details.
Doorstep Paws aim to supply an initial delivery slot for Local Deliveries, within 10 miles of Dorchester, Dorset, that are delivered by our own van, within 24 hours of the order being placed, subject to stock availability. For all other deliveries you will be contacted within 2 working days to the email address supplied within the Paypal communication, if paying by Paypal, or the contact details supplied otherwise, informing you of the date or expected date of despatch. The delivery address shall be the address supplied by Paypal, if paying by Paypal, or the contact details supplied otherwise, so please ensure this is accurate as Doorstep Paws cannot be held responsible for any product sent to a supplied incorrect address. If a product is out of stock you will be informed usually within 24 hours of the order being placed with an anticipated date the product will be available. Subject to stock availability, your order will normally be dispatched within 48hrs of order being placed, however please allow up to 10 working days, Doorstep Paws shall communicate with you with the option of a full refund within 7 days of delivery (by the same means payment received) if delivery is beyond that date or if you are not 100% happy with the service, provided the goods have not been used and are returned unopened and in the same condition received within 7 days of receipt (excluding post and packaging cost if item has been dispatched) (see RETURNS POLICY below).
The photographs displayed may not be the exact same packaging you receive, they are as an indication only and you will only be purchasing the item described, not all the items shown in the photographs for illustration.
Doorstep Paws try to ensure all data, including prices, are accurate. However, occasional errors may be evident, Doorstep Paws will not be liable for such errors and will refund any incorrect pricing or other listing error purchase.
Your Privacy
Your online card payment details are through PayPal, Doorstep Paws are never made aware of card details. Telephone orders are entered through the PayPal virtual terminal at the time of your telephone call, Doorstep Paws do not retain card details. A link to the PayPal Privacy Policy. Telephone payment is not currently active.
Delivery
In all circumstances prior to dispatch Doorstep Paws reserve the right to refuse an order and refund full payment, by the same method payment made. For Local Deliveries, within 10 miles of Dorchester, Dorset, that are delivered by our own van, Doorstep Paws shall attempt two notified Local Delivery attempts, at which stage a refund will be considered.
Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands may be subject to additional postage charge not stated on the on-line shop. We are only able to accept orders with a UK delivery address without prior communication from us confirming delivery cost and confirming we can ship.
All prices quoted are for a UK delivery address. Please contact us prior to purchasing if the delivery address is outside of the UK, failure to receive a delivery price from us prior to purchasing will result in your order being cancelled and refunded. We will not ship outside of Europe.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Doorstep Paws wish you to be 100% happy with your product and have the following returns procedure in place to assist. Any refund will be paid by the same means as the payment, Doorstep Paws will action the refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned product provided the product is in original new condition, unless faulty. Although Doorstep Paws shall action the refund within 10 working days, it may take slightly longer before the refund is shown on your statement.
Along with being able to return your unused purchase within 7 working days of receipt, you may also cancel your order any time prior to dispatch stage by contacting Doorstep Paws, through our contact page, by e-mail or telephone. E-mail communication is usually responded within one working day, often sooner.
Any product incorrectly delivered by us must be notified to Doorstep Paws within 3 days of receipt.
Damaged in transit goods must be notified to us by 3pm the following day from delivery, please ensure when you sign for any goods that you do not sign stating “received in good order” unless you have checked the product.
Any item not suitable or incorrectly ordered must be returned to Doorstep Paws for a full refund within 7 working days of purchase provided the item is in a new unused unopened condition. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage, Doorstep Paws will not refund the cost of returning the unsuitable item or the initial post and packaging costs.
All returns must be wrapped securely, have your reason for return, your name and address included and be posted to the following postal address, Doorstep Paws will not accept liability for any returns lost in transit;
(this is not a shop address, therefore, we are unfortunately not able to accept any return under any circumstance that is hand delivered)
