If you are considering purchasing a Thundershirt from us and are a registered Pet Charity or considering purchasing three or more Thundershirts, please e-mail us for details of any current small discounts we may be able to offer.

To purchase from this site - you do not need to register or have a PayPal account, you can make a one time payment and shop as a guest, either way your shopping cart shall remain active until you leave the store.

We are in the process of updating our store, therefore currently only have a small amount of items available online. Additional items are added to the site on a regular basis, however, if you are requiring an item that is not listed, please do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail and we can check our stock, or maybe obtain it for you.

We believe our prices are competitive, complimented by our excellent Customer Service, ensuring you are a very happy returning customer.

Orders shall be sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier, depending on the item(s) purchased.

Quick dispatch if your order - Unless otherwise stated and subject to stock availability, orders received before 12.30pm Monday - Friday (**excluding Public Holidays) shall be dispatched same working day. These are our minimum dispatch times.

Excellent customer service - We shall respond to e-mail enquiries the same working day (frequently within the hour) when received before 3.00pm Monday - Friday**, however, enquiries are still likely to receive very prompt attention when received outside of these times.
